Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In this role you will learn the basics of applied behavior analysis and will spend your time working directly with our wonderful clients by implementing their treatment plans and collecting data.

Senior Registered Behavior Technician – An RBT who has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and/or who is pursuing masters level education in Applied Behavior Analysis may take part in our Senior RBT Training Program to become a Senior RBT.  In this role you will spend time working directly with our wonderful clients, but will also utilize your talents by having new RBTs train with you on your cases so you can show them the ropes. You may also help develop formal trainings for our staff!

Behavior Analyst Assistant – This role requires a Master’s degree, a Behavior Specialist License, and completed your coursework to sit for advanced certification in behavior analysis.  In this role you will support clients, manage cases, help oversee staff, and will refine your skills through the completion of projects and taking or creating and delivering training to our staff.

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).  This role requires a masters degree, a Behavior Specialist License, and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  BCBAs utilize their talents in the treatment of our clients.  They develop treatment plans using the best practices in ABA and then supervisor our staff and train caregivers in the implementation of that plan.  They also develop trainings for our staff to take and lead community education events.
